Jon Marshall
I have lived and worked in the Whitewater, Richmond, La Grange area for my entire life and have a love for this community. I graduated with a business degree from UW Whitewater. The three things I value most are honesty, hard work, and the satisfaction of helping people achieve their dreams by acquiring Real Estate, whether it be a home, land, investment property, or farms.
I always place myself in the buyers and sellers shoes with every transaction and treat everyone the way that I want to be treated. I have a vast knowledge of Whitewater area lakes, schools, and businesses and I am always happy to help you with your real estate needs. I look forward to working with you.

Charlie Dickmeyer
Born and raised in Whitewater, I’m proud to help people find their place in the community I’ve always called home. After graduating from Whitewater High School in 2007 and attending the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, I developed an even deeper appreciation for the people and neighborhoods that make Whitewater and the surrounding area special.
Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and you deserve an agent who listens, communicates clearly, and helps you understand each step. I take the time to learn what matters to you and provide thoughtful guidance throughout the process, so you can move forward feeling informed and supported.
Away from real estate, I’m a proud father to two beautiful daughters, Charlotte and Vivienne, and spend most of my free time with them. I also enjoy working in the yard, playing guitar, and cooking. I’d love to learn what you’re looking for and help you take the next step toward a place you’ll be happy to call home.
